You Are Not Receiving the One-Time Passcode (OTP)

If you are not receiving the text message with the One-Time Passcode (OTP), please try one of the following:

Confirm you’ve entered a mobile number which can receive text messages.

If you have entered a landline you will not receive text messages with an OTP. You must enter a mobile number to receive the OTP and verify your account.

Confirm you have not opted out of text message notifications from us.

If you texted STOP in response to an OTP text message, you may have opted out of receiving OTP texts. Text UNSTOP to +1 (833) 705-3222 to opt back into receiving OTP texts to verify your account. Please note we only send notifications upon request and will not send any marketing through this number. Message and data rates may apply.

You’ve requested a code too many times or too soon.

Please wait 30 seconds before requesting a new code. If you have requested a code 5 times without being able to verify your account, please wait at least an hour to try again later.
