Download CSV Report

On any of the Insights pages, you can download the visible report as a comma-separated values (CSV) file, whether you want to perform your own reporting or view the raw data for further analysis. The downloaded data – which will be provided as a .zip file – can include the filters selected, aggregate and granular reporting data that was in the display at the time of the requested report.

The .zip file contains multiple files generated from the Insights in display. Below is a detailed description of each file included:

• Filters.txt file: This file summarizes the filter selections applied, listing the specific filters used such as date, month, or store locations.

• CSV file(s): Depending on the page you initiated the download from, one or more CSV files will be included in the .zip. Each CSV file corresponds to a chart type presented on the screen, including:

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Detailed metrics and performance data.

    • Example File Name: CampaignsKPIs.csv

  • Line Charts: Data points plotted over time.

    • Example File Name: CampaignsChart.csv

  • Heat Charts: Data represented by color intensity based on activity levels.

    • Example File Name: CampaignsHeatChart.csv

  • Data Tables: Tabulated data summaries.

    • Example File Name: CampaignsTable.csv

Things to Know

• The report will be downloaded as a .zip file direct to your computer as soon as you click “Download CSV Report” link on the screen.

• To use these files, ensure you have the necessary software to open them (e.g., text editors for .txt files, spreadsheet software for .csv files). The visualizations and data are based on the filters detailed in Filters.txt.

Download Report

1. In the Dashboard Insights, go to your report tab.

2. Apply your filters to the report in display and wait for the results to load.

3. Click the Download CSV Report in the top right corner.
   
   The .zip file will download direct to your computer.
