Look Up a Purchase

Spendgo generates digital receipts for every purchase made through a Spendgo integration. You can easily look up a purchase from within the Spendgo Dashboard and view, link, unlink, or transfer the purchase to a member.

Things to Know

  • For Spendgo loyalty and digital receipts, your POS must be integrated with the Spendgo APIs, Transaction Link or Tablets.

  • Each integration Partner, brands, and/or store location may have their own receipt formats and details. These may have slight variations in formatting and labels depending on the POS settings.

    • The most common variation is seen in the order numbers. Depending on the source of the purchase, you may see short or long numbers.

  • Some in-store POS systems use a different label other than “Order Number” printed on their receipts – such as, Transaction Number, Check #, or Order #.

Look Up a Purchase

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard Support / Events.

  2. Enter the Date of purchase
    Note: if you change the Date filter criteria, you must click Apply in the Store Location to submit the search.

  3. Enter the Store Location of the purchase and click Apply.
    Note: Only 1 Store location can be applied at a time and is required.

  4. (Optional) To refine your search, you may also want to narrow your results by:

    1. Receipt Code

    2. Transaction/Order Number

    3. Certain time of day
      Note: In some support use cases, a member provides you with a purchase amount, but does not know their order number. In this use case, use the browser find function to search for the purchase amount and view the receipt details to confirm the purchase.
