Missing Points

If you feel you are missing points, you can add points by uploading your purchase to your account.

Things to Know

  • When adding points to your account, you must be logged into the brand’s Member Portal at which you made the purchase. Each brand offers a dedicated Member Account for its program. Visit our Spendgo Directory to find your brand and sign in directly.

  • We recommend keeping a copy of your receipt until you can confirm your points have been added. If ever you need to reach out to our Spendgo Support, a photo helps move the process along and get you your deserved points!

There are 2 ways to uniquely identify your receipt and add it to your account:

Add Points with an Order Number

Order Number can be labeled differently and located in different areas of your receipt based on the store. Common alternate labels are:

  • Order Number, Order #, Order Id, or Order No.

  • Transaction Number or Txn #

  • Check Number or Check #

To upload your purchase with its Order Number, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your brand’s Member Account.

  2. Click + Add Points button.

  3. Select to provide your Order Number.
    Note: in some cases only one option is supported and you can skip this step.

  4. Enter your purchase Order Number.
    Note: Exclude the pound “#” sign in your entry.

  5. Enter the Date of Purchase.

  6. Enter the Purchase Total.

  7. Click Upload.

Add Points with a Receipt Code

If your receipt has a QR code at the bottom of it, it likely supports Receipt Codes. A Receipt Code is a printed 10-digit code at the bottom of your receipt. The format is LL#LL-LL#LL, where L is a letter and # represents a number.

To upload your purchase with its Receipt Code, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your brand’s Member Account.

  2. Click + Add Points button.

  3. Select to provide your Receipt Code.
    Note: in some cases only one option is supported and you can skip this step.

  4. Enter your purchase Receipt Code.
    Note: Exclude any dashes “-” in your entry.

  5. Enter the Date of Purchase.

  6. Click Upload.
