Overview Export

This report provides an annual view of store performance by comparing member and non-member activity across adoption, frequency, average ticket, and sales. Use it to evaluate year-over-year changes, understand member engagement, and identify opportunities to grow loyalty participation and sales.

Filter Options:

  • Date Range — Select a date range of 1-366 days for analysis.


Data

  • Report Year — The year associated with the selected reporting period.

  • Member Adoption Rate — Percentage of total purchases made by members within the selected date range.
    FORMULA (Member Visits ÷ Total Visits) × 100

  • Member Adoption Rate Year Diff — Year-over-year change in member adoption rate compared to the same date range in the prior year.
    FORMULA Current Period Adoption Rate − Prior Year Adoption Rate

  • Customer Frequency — The average number of visits per customer within the selected date range.
    FORMULA Total Visits ÷ Unique Customers

  • Customer Frequency Year Diff — Year-over-year change in customer frequency compared to the same date range in the prior year.
    FORMULA Current Period Frequency − Prior Year Frequency

  • Member Avg Ticket — The average purchase value for members within the selected date range.
    FORMULA Member Sales ÷ Member Visits

  • Member Avg Ticket Year Diff — Year-over-year change in member average ticket compared to the same date range in the prior year.
    FORMULA Current Period Member Avg Ticket − Prior Year Member Avg Ticket

  • Member Sales — Total revenue from member purchases within the selected date range.

  • Member Sales Year Diff — Year-over-year change in member sales compared to the same date range in the prior year.
    FORMULA Current Period Member Sales − Prior Year Member Sales

  • Non-Member Avg Ticket — The average purchase value for non-members within the selected date range.
    FORMULA Non-Member Sales ÷ Non-Member Visits

  • Non-Member Avg Ticket Year Diff — Year-over-year change in non-member average ticket compared to the same date range in the prior year.
    FORMULA Current Period Non-Member Avg Ticket − Prior Year Non-Member Avg Ticket

  • Non-Member Sales — Total revenue from non-member purchases within the selected date range.

  • Non-Member Sales Year Diff — Year-over-year change in non-member sales compared to the same date range in the prior year.
    FORMULA Current Period Non-Member Sales − Prior Year Non-Member Sales
