Send Counts By Favorite Store Export

This report provides visibility into how campaign actions (Email, Offer, Prompt, or SMS) are delivered to members based on their current favorite store preference. It allows you to analyze communication reach by store and by channel over a selected period.

Use this report to:

  • Look up specific campaign channels (e.g., all SMS delivered by a store in a given month).

  • Compare member reach across stores for different campaign actions.

  • Track the scale and type of campaigns associated with each store location.

Filter Options:

  • Date Range — Select a date range of up to 31 days for analysis.

  • Action Type — Select the campaign action type of Email, Offer or SMS.


Data

  • Store ID — The unique identifier for the store associated with the metrics.

  • Store Name — The name of the store associated with the metrics.

  • Action Type — The type of campaign action, which can be Email, Offer, or SMS.

  • Audience Count — The number of members sent the selected action type (Email, Offer, or SMS) based on their current favorite store in the selected date range.
    FORMULA Count of Members where their Favorite Store = Store, and Action Type they received = selected Action
