Store Performance Export
This report provides a list of your stores with key metrics that help you evaluate loyalty performance across locations. Use it to identify where your program is performing well and where improvements may be made in campaigns or store operations.
Filter Options:
Date Range — Select a date range of up to 31 days for analysis.

Data
Store ID — The unique identifier for the store associated with the metrics.
Store Name — The name of the store associated with the metrics.
Adoption Rate — Percentage of total purchases at the store made by members during the selected date range.
FORMULA (Member Visits at Store ÷ Total Visits at Store) × 100Adoption Rate Prior Period / Prior Year: Same formula applied to the earlier date range.
Favorite Store Members — Number of members who set this store as their favorite within the selected date range.
FORMULA Count of Members with Favorite Store = StoreFavorite Store Members Prior Period / Prior Year: Same formula applied to the earlier date range.
New Members — Members who first connected with this store during the selected date range (by registering and selecting the store, making their first purchase, or being imported with the store set as favorite).
FORMULA Count of Members whose First Associated Store = Store and their Brand Join Date is within the selected periodNew Members Prior Period / Prior Year: Same formula for earlier date ranges.
Member Visits — Total purchases by members at the store in the selected date range.
FORMULA Count of Purchases at Store where Customer Type = Starter or Registered MemberMember Visits Prior Period / Prior Year: Same formula for earlier date ranges.
Total Visits — All purchases at the store in the selected date range.

Non-Member Visits — Total purchases by non-members at the store in the selected date range.

Member Sales — Total revenue from member purchases at the store in the selected date range.

Total Sales — All revenue at the store in the selected date range.

Member Avg Ticket — Average purchase value for members at the store during the selected date range.

Total Avg Ticket — Average purchase value across all purchases at the store during the selected date range.

Non-Member Avg Ticket — Average purchase value for non-members at the store during the selected date range.

Last Member Visit — Date of the most recent member purchase at the store.
Last Visit — Date of the most recent purchase (member or non-member) at the store.
Offers Earned — Total number of offers earned that are associated with the store within the selected date range.
FORMULA Count of Offers Earned Events at StoreOffers Earned Prior Period / Prior Year: Same formula for earlier date ranges.
Offers Used — Total number of offers redeemed at the store within the selected date range.

Comparison Metrics
Some metrics include additional values for comparison:
Prior Period — The same metric measured in the immediately preceding date range.
Example: If your selected range is June 1–30, the prior period would be May 2–31 (the 30 days immediately before).Prior Year — The same metric measured during the equivalent period one year earlier.
Example: If your selected range is June 1–30, 2025, the prior year would be June 1–30, 2024.
