Olo Loyalty Accounts
Spendgo is now Olo Loyalty. You may still see “Spendgo” referenced in your portal and in-store.
Where can I use my Olo Loyalty Account?
Your Loyalty Member account has access to all the brands within the ever-expanding Spendgo Network. Once you have created a Loyalty Member account, you can link it to a participating brand using any of these methods:
Sign in with your Loyalty Member account wherever their is the “Powered by Spendgo” logo. Whether you’re using a brand’s mobile app, portal, kiosk, or more, you only need one login across all the brands within our Spendgo Network.
When making a purchase in-store, you can check-in before you pay to claim your receipt and (if applicable) earn points. Any of the following methods to provide your Spendgo Account phone number may be available depending on the brand’s customer experience:
Enter your account phone number on the customer-facing touchscreen.
Provide your account phone number to the staff member.
Scan your Spendgo Spendgo-powered mobile pass to identify yourself.
By opting into a brand’s Loyalty text offers.
Do I need a new account with each brand?
No! You only need one (1) Loyalty Member account to begin accessing all the brands within the Spendgo Network. This means you only need to remember one login for your favorite brands.
How do I view my points and rewards?
To view your points and rewards, visit your brand’s program site and log in. This will take you to your Member Portal where you can see your transaction history, points balance, and available rewards and offers.
If you can’t find what you’re looking for, check out the Spendgo Directory and click “Sign In” on any participating Loyalty brand to view your current balance.
The following steps are specific to the Spendgo-hosted program sites. The Spendgo-hosted site URLs begin with https://my.spendgo.com. Some brands may have a custom site or app which will have different steps and an interface unique to the site or app not described below.
Text Me a Code to Sign In
Enter your mobile phone to sign-in and click Next.
Check your text messages for your passcode from the brand. The passcode is valid for 5 minutes.
Example:
”Your Brand Name verification code is XXXXXX. Do not share it with anyone.”
Note: this is an example, and not a functional code.Enter the code in the screen when prompted.
Note: If you’re on a mobile device using your native messaging app (e.g. Messages for iPhone), you can select the option to auto-fill your passcode to verify your phone.On successful passcode verification, you will be logged in.
Your points balance will be displayed in the your Balance card at the top, all your available rewards will be displayed beneath the points card.
How do I log in to my Account?
Visit your brand’s program site, if you don’t know it, check out the Spendgo Directory for Sign Up/Sign In links to your favorite brands.
You will be asked to verify your identity by signing in with a passcode. By default, we ask for your mobile phone on sign in, or you can choose one of the alternate ways to sign in:
Sign In with Email
Sign In with a Password
Who is my information shared with?
Your information is shared only with brands you've associated with, either by signing into their program or making a signed-in purchase. If you've opted into communications from a specific program, your information may be shared with the brand's preferred messaging provider.
For brands using Spendgo Authentication Services alongside other Third-Party providers, you'll be prompted to grant permission to share your data with the Third-Party application during your initial sign-in. Declining this permission means we won't share your profile data with the Third-Party.

How do I earn points?
Earning points is easy with Olo Loyalty!
When making a purchase in-store, provide your phone number on the customer-facing touchscreen or to the staff member to claim your points on your purchase, or scan your QR Code in your brand’s mobile app.
If you forget to claim your points at the time of purchase, simply use the Order or Check Number to add the receipt to your account through your member portal. Learn more on How To Add Points to your account.
On a brand’s mobile app, simply sign in with your Loyalty Member account prior to making your purchase to earn points and redeem applicable rewards!
Points earned is based on the total spend, less taxes and tip. Some brand’s have additional items that cannot earn points – such as alcohol – and may also have additional rules on how quickly you can earn points. Please read your brand’s program rules for more details.
How do I view my Activity?
To view your activity related to a brand – such as purchases and offer activity – visit your brand’s program site and log in.

Once you’re logged into your program’s Member Portal, navigate to the Activity tab to view when the following event types happened. Filter your results to view only specific events in your activity feed:
Purchase made and points earned
Points Added
Offer Used
Offer Added
Offer Expired
