Overview Insights

The Overview page provides a snapshot of your loyalty program's performance, highlighting member growth and engagement levels. By comparing current data with the previous year and month, it helps you understand how your program is evolving and tracks member activity and preferences. Use this report to understand what parts of the program need you focus on such as generating more signups, registrations, messaging opt-ins, frequency, or spend.

Tip: the default month is the current calendar month. You may want to filter to a prior month in order to derive insights on how you are performing monthly and annual basis (for example if you look at the Member Sales KPI on the 15th of the current month you’ll be comparing a partial month of sales to a previous full month).

1. Filter Your Results

In the Overview page, the filter options are:

  • Month: Default month is set to the current month. You may select any month in the past, dating back to the start of your program. Any purchase, visit, or member event data will be filtered to the data associated with your selection.

  • Store Locations: Select one or more of your active store locations. Note, any purchase or visit data will be filtered to the data associated with your selection.

Purchase, visit, and offer usage data is attributed to the local store time where the event took place. Whereas, any member profile data – such as their first association with your brand will be based in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
